Permission is granted to temporarily use the Percento Management platform for personal or commercial property management. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
Access to certain features of Percento, including fuel sales tracking and utility billing automation, requires a valid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the Percento refund policy.
In no event shall Percento or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.
